  1. Cancellation Policy
    1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
    2. Shri ram astro services shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased services in case of any flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any other causes beyond our control.
  1. Returns & Refund Policy
    1. Orders once placed & processed through shri ram astro services may not be cancelled or refunded.
    2. Estimated service Time is the approximate 10 – 12 days to deliver the items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, shri ram astro services shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
    3. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However, if there is any shortfall in delivery or the items received, shri ram astro services will further investigate the matter and revert with an amicable solution within 10 working days, which includes full replacement or refund depending on the result of such an investigation. Decision made by Sri Ram Service shall not be subject to scrutiny of any kind and shall be final & binding.
    4. After mutual agreement of refund of payment, shri ram astro services shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of mutual agreement.
